Hello My name is Randy, J&J auto service worked on my Ram today. My truck hasn't ran this good since i bought it new 10yrs ago. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else but J&J auto service.I might also add the courtesy and professionalism was excellent

Great service and customer service! They’ve done work on my car a couple of times and I’ve been satisfied each time. Jr has great customer service skills and doesn’t mind explaining to you the work they’re doing. They don’t try to hassle you and have great prices! I had an excellent experience with this team. I called them for a quote and was impressed by the detailed and thorough explanation of my issue after I told them what was my problem. We agreed on the service, and I was told I would get my truck back by the end of the following day. To my surprise, it was ready by the morning! Single mom here and most mechanics take great steps to sell me something I don’t need. J&J Automotive Repair in Alabaster did a great job in timely manner and did not try to add on needless expenses. Very honest. They sent me before and after videos and stayed in touch. I was in and out the same day. I highly recommend this business. 5 stars out of 5. I will definitely use them in the future.
